Working on this collection has been enlightening. I have been enjoying the slow layering of media with my Muses.
I definitely feel these 9 Muses inspired by the Ancient Greek embodiments are derived from the Personal.
They are not meant to encapsulate the Universal Ideal. Rather they are the reflection of my perspective of their Energy within myself.
Allowing them to Evolve or Metamorph into the universal NOW.
The art itself is almost complete and at this stage I am happy to sit with each painting individually to allow it to fully reaveal its Genius as I tease out titles
